Relocation: Candidates based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.

ETPL (Ekta Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd.) is a trusted infrastructure solutions provider delivering end-to-end services across EV Charging Infrastructure, Telecom Infrastructure, Turnkey Projects, and Research & Consulting.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, and statutory compliance while ensuring accuracy and timely closure of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledgers, invoices, receipts, payments, and expense accounting.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely monthly and annual closing.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances and filings.
- Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-ups and settlements.
- Prepare MIS reports, ageing reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Monitor GST input credit and ensure proper reconciliation and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities for audits and compliance requirements.
- Review accounting entries and identify discrepancies, errors, or irregularities.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist in cash-flow tracking, budgeting,



and financial analysis.
- Support management with financial data, reports, and other accounting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.

What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience in handling audits, reconciliations, GST/TDS filings, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting and taxation practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage multiple accounting activities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or relevant qualified qualification will be an added advantage.
