- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain ledger accounts, cash book, bank book, and journal entries.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and periodic financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance and maintain supporting records.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and information.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlement.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
- Support management during audits and financial reviews.
