Senior Accountant – Job Responsibilities Handle end-to-end accounting operations using Tally Prime/Tally ERP.

Manage accounting work for 4–5 firms/companies independently.

Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger accounts.

Prepare and maintain GST records, returns, reconciliation, and related compliance.

Handle TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and return filing.

Perform bank reconciliation, party/vendor reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.

Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and MIS reports.

Coordinate and assist with internal and statutory audits, including providing required documents and data.





Ensure proper maintenance and verification of books of accounts and supporting documents.

Handle GST reconciliation with books and portal data and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure timely completion of accounting, taxation, and compliance activities for all assigned firms.

Coordinate with CA/auditors, vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding accounting and taxation matters.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Required Skills: Tally Prime/Tally ERP, GST, TDS, Bank & Ledger Reconciliation, Audit Handling, MS Excel, and robust knowledge of accounting principles.
