Ashshree Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 10+ years of practical experience to independently manage the company's complete accounting, taxation, compliance and financial reporting functions.

The candidate should have solid hands-on knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, taxation, financial statements, account finalisation, audits, reconciliations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and adjustment entries.
- Maintain and review general ledgers and perform ledger scrutiny.
- Handle GST return filing, GST reconciliation and input tax credit reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment and return filing.
- Manage applicable income-tax-related accounting and compliance activities.
- Independently handle finalisation of accounts.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Handle bank, customer, vendor and other account reconciliations.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors,



tax professionals and statutory authorities.
- Handle accounting/tax queries, notices and required documentation.
- Prepare MIS and management reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding liabilities.
- Maintain proper accounting controls and financial documentation.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure timely completion of applicable statutory compliances.

- Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of relevant practical accounting experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting principles and applicable accounting standards.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation compliance.
- Experience in finalisation of accounts and financial statement preparation.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Experience with audit preparation and statutory compliance.
- Strong reconciliation and financial reporting skills.

- Preferred Experience

- Experience in Infrastructure, Construction, Mining, Contracting, Engineering or Logistics will be preferred.
