We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations in a gold manufacturing company. The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, payroll-related accounting, inventory management, reconciliation, and financial reporting, preferably with experience in the gold/jewellery manufacturing industry.

· Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and expenses.

· Maintain accurate general ledger, cash book, bank book and subsidiary ledgers.

· Handle gold and jewellery inventory accounting, including gold receipts, issues, transfers, wastage, production and finished goods reconciliation.

· Monitor and reconcile gold stock, metal balance, job-work transactions and manufacturing-related accounting records.

· Verify purchase and sales invoices and ensure proper accounting classification.

· Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation and customer ledger reconciliation.

· Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, balance sheet schedules and management reports.

· Handle GST,



TDS and other statutory accounting requirements and coordinate with consultants when required.

· Assist in GST returns, TDS returns, tax audits and statutory audits.

· Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.

· Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding balances.

· Coordinate with production, purchase, sales, stores and management teams for accounting-related requirements.

· Verify manufacturing/job-work bills, labour charges, wastage and other production-related expenses.

· Ensure proper accounting of goldsmith/job-worker payments and related transactions.

· Assist in salary/payroll accounting and statutory deductions where required.

· Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.

· Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.

· Support management with financial analysis and other accounting reports as required.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
