We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage and supervise the accounting and financial activities of our Ayurvedic Hospital network comprising one Head Office and branches.

The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with accounts personnel across multiple branches.

Branch-Wise Accounting

- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities of the Head Office and all branches.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of income, expenses, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain separate and accurate accounting records for each branch.
- Review accounting entries and identify errors or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with branch accountants/accounts staff for pending entries and documentation.
- Ensure proper accounting of inter-branch transactions.

Hospital Revenue & Collection Monitoring

- Monitor daily hospital revenue from:
- OPD
- IPD
- Pharmacy
- Consultation
- Treatment procedures
- Diagnostic services
- Other hospital services
- Reconcile daily collections with system reports and bank deposits.
- Verify cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, and other payment collections.
- Monitor outstanding patient/customer receivables.
- Review refunds, discounts, cancellations, and adjustments.

Purchase & Expense Accounting

- Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents.
- Review expenses and ensure proper accounting under the relevant heads.
- Monitor branch-wise expenses against approved budgets.
- Verify supplier balances and outstanding payables.
- Conduct supplier ledger reconciliation periodically.
- Ensure proper authorization and supporting documents for payments.

Bank & Cash Management

- Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)



for Head Office and branches.
- Monitor daily cash balances and cash transactions.
- Verify cash collection and deposits.
- Review bank transactions and identify unidentified or unusual entries.
- Maintain proper control over cash and banking transactions.

Monthly Closing & Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly closing of accounts for Head Office and branches.
- Prepare branch-wise Profit & Loss statements.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements/reports for management.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports including:
- Revenue
- Expenses
- Profitability
- Receivables
- Payables
- Cash & Bank
- Branch-wise performance
- Identify significant variances and report them to management.

Inventory & Pharmacy Accounting

- Coordinate with pharmacy/store departments for inventory accounting.
- Reconcile physical stock with system/book records.
- Monitor stock purchases, consumption, transfers, and adjustments.
- Review pharmacy sales and purchase reports.
- Identify stock discrepancies and report them to management.
- Coordinate periodic stock verification.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 2 – 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in hospital/healthcare accounting is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple branches will be an added advantage.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / Hospital Management Software.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of branch-wise and consolidated accounting.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
