Senior Accountant, Revenue Operations & Accounts Receivable

About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Accountant to support Revenue Operations and Accounts Receivable processes. This role focuses on bookings review, deal validation, billing, collections, revenue operations, and process improvements within a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate bookings, renewals, expansions, and revenue data in Salesforce CPQ.
- Conduct deal reviews and ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies.
- Manage customer invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and AR activities.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, RevOps, and Finance teams.
- Assist with audits, process improvements, and automation initiatives.





Required Skills & Experience

- Qualified CA (ICAI/ACA) or US CPA.
- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, Billing Operations, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS/Technology company.
- Robust experience with Salesforce CRM/CPQ.
- Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Deal Review.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce CPQ and subscription billing experience.
- Workday Financial Management knowledge.
- Experience with Deal Desk or Order Management functions.
- Exposure to external audits or Big 4 audit support.
