About the Role
We are strengthening our Finance team and looking for a Senior Accountant who can contribute to a structured, disciplined, and growth-oriented environment.
This is a multi-functional role, and based on your experience and strengths, you will be aligned to a specific function within Accounts after the selection process.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your role alignment, you will be involved in:
Accounts & Payments
- Invoice verification and documentation checks
- Payment processing and scheduling
- Maintaining payment records and tracking
Statutory & Compliance
- Supporting GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
- Maintaining compliance calendars
- Ensuring proper documentation for audits
Banking & Fund Management
- Bank reconciliations and transaction tracking
- Monitoring cash position and fund flow
- Coordination with banks and internal teams
Reporting & Coordination
- Supporting MIS and financial reporting
- Assisting in maintaining clean and accurate books
- Coordinating with internal departments for financial data
What Were Looking For
- Strong foundation in accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
- Good understanding of finance processes and documentation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle responsibilities across multiple accounting functions
- Discipline in follow-ups and record maintenance
Role Alignment (Post Selection) After evaluation, the selected candidate will be placed in one of the following areas based on best fit:
- Payments — transaction control and documentation
- Statutory Compliance — filings and regulatory tracking
- Banking — reconciliation and fund flow management
