1. Minimum Education Required

- B.Com or M.Com

- CA Inter preferred (not mandatory)

1. Minimum Job Experience Required

- 10–15 years in Accounts & Finance

- Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing / MSME environment

1. - Handle end-to-end daily accounting activities

- Finalization of Trial Balance, P&L;, Balance Sheet

- GST returns, GST reconciliation, TDS, Income Tax compliances

- PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory filings

- Coordination with CA, auditors, banks, and authorities

- Prepare MIS, monitor cash flow, basic costing support

- Supervise and control a team of 2–3 accounts staff

Knowledge & Qualification Required

- Strong hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, audits, and compliance

- Proficient in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel

- Experience in IATF 16949 / ISO-driven manufacturing setup preferred

- High accuracy, compliance mindset, ability to work independently

1. Salary Range Offered

- ₹38,000– ₹40,000 per month

Pay: ₹35,299.51 - ₹40,940.66 per month
