Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.

- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.

- Prepare and review journal entries, invoices, vouchers and expense records.

- Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.

- Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.

- Prepare and file GST returns such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

- Handle TDS calculations, payments and returns.

- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.

- Support monthly/year-end closing and account finalization.

- Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors and provide required documents.

- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.

- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff when required.

- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
