Genesys International Corporation Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Accounts team in Mumbai.

? Location: SEEPZ, Andheri East, Mumbai

? Work Mode: Work from Office

? Experience: 5 to 8 Years

? Position: Senior Account Executive

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice booking, payments.

- Review invoices, POs, payment applications, and ensure 3-way matching, accuracy, and compliance.
- Monitor vendor accounts, reconciliations, ageing, discrepancies, and payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
- Support month-end/year-end closing, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare AP/AR ageing, payment, collection, and cash-flow reports for management.




- Bank reconciliation, MSME interest working, bank guarantee issue and renewal, TDS payment and return filing.

? Required Skills• Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

- Good understanding of invoicing, collections and cash application.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Good understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
