About the role: Innovative Academy is looking for a target-driven Academic Counsellor / BDA to convert student and qualified enquiries into course admissions. The role involves understanding career goals, recommending suitable

IT programs, explaining curriculum and career outcomes, following up consistently, handling objections and closing admissions.

Programs: Network Engineering, CCNA, Data Science, DevOps, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cloud Technology and

Full Stack Development.

Key responsibilities

- Call and counsel fresh leads through phone, WhatsApp and in-person/online discussions.
- Understand learner goals and recommend the right program.
- Explain curriculum, projects, fees, schedules, placement assistance and career pathways accurately.
- Conduct structured follow-ups and maintain lead status in the CRM/Google Sheet.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
