We are looking for a Senior Counsellor to handle student counselling and sales for CA and other professional courses. The role involves lead management, course counselling, student engagement, enrolment conversion, and supporting junior counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and recommend suitable courses, faculties, and test series. Handle inbound and outbound leads and follow up with prospective students.
Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets. Handle student queries and objections professionally.
Maintain lead records and follow-ups in CRM/Excel. Support junior counsellors with product knowledge and counselling. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth student onboarding. Requirements Valuable understanding of the CA course and examination structure. Strong communication, counselling, and sales skills. Experience in education sales/counselling preferred.
