We are a leading EdTech organization committed to transforming learning experiences for students across India. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Academic Counselor to drive our counseling team's performance and help students make informed academic decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of academic counselors to hit enrollment/sales targets
- Drive student counseling from lead to admission closure
- Track team performance,
conversions, and call quality
- Train and mentor counselors on pitch and product knowledge
- Handle escalations from students/parents
- Report performance to management regularly
- Coordinate with marketing/admissions for better lead conversion
Requirements
- 2.5+ yrs team-lead experience (ed-tech mandatory)
- Robust communication & leadership skills
- Kannada mandatory for Bangalore role
- Graduate; MBA a plus
