Role Description The Senior Academic Counsellor – US Market | Night Shift is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This position involves counselling prospective learners from the US market, understanding their academic goals,



and recommending appropriate Infinity Learn programs and services. The counsellor will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, address queries about courses and study plans, and guide learners through the enrollment process.

The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with academic and sales teams, and providing feedback to improve offerings and learner experience. Night shift work is required to align with US time zones, and the counsellor is expected to meet defined targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and learner satisfaction.

We are looking for confident, target-driven sales professionals to connect with parents across the US and help them choose the right online programs for their children.

The role involves connecting with parents across the US, understanding their child’s academic needs and learning goals, and recommending suitable 1:1 online programs in Mathematics, Science, Coding, Robotics, English Language Arts (ELA), and other K–12 subjects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Inside Sales / B2C Sales / Admissions experience
- Excellent spoken English
- Robust communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working US night shifts
- US/International sales experience preferred
