CalciteLearn Technologies Private Limited is seeking a results-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a consultative approach, and proven experience in education sector counseling.

- Counsel prospective students, parents, and working professionals on suitable courses and career pathways
- Manage the complete admission cycle, from initial enquiry to successful enrollment
- Consistently meet weekly and monthly admission and enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and lead records in the CRM system
- Conduct regular, structured follow-ups with prospective students to support conversion
- Coordinate closely with academic and marketing teams to ensure alignment with ongoing campaigns
- Deliver a professional and consistent experience to every student and parent interaction
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in the education sector,



specifically in counseling college students, university students, and working professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong consultative and interpersonal skills with a student-first orientation
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a target-driven environment
- Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of enquiries
