Hiring Organization: The Academic City School – Bangalore

Reporting To: Principal/Campus Head.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation: Set up new split, window, or central AC units, connect electrical wiring, and test systems for safe, efficient operation.
- Diagnostics and Repair: Find electrical or mechanical faults, fix or replace broken parts (like compressors or fans), detect leaks, and recharge refrigerant.
- Preventive Maintenance: Clean filters, wash coils, clear drainage lines, and check electrical parts to prevent sudden breakdowns.
- Customer Service: Explain problems and solutions to clients, provide cost estimates, and offer tips on how to keep systems running well.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, plus formal training or an apprenticeship in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).
- Experience:



1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing cooling equipment.
- Skills: Solid knowledge of electrical circuits, refrigerant cycles, and safety rules; ability to use hand tools and multimeters.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces or outdoor heat.
- License: Valid driver’s license and relevant regional certifications or trade cards (such as an EPA certification where applicable).
