- Install, maintain, and repair central AC, split AC, cassette AC, VRF/VRV, and AHU systems.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance of AC and HVAC equipment.
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature in ICU, OT, NICU, PICU, wards, laboratories, pharmacy, and other critical areas.
- Attend and troubleshoot AC breakdowns and complaints promptly.
- Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, blowers, motors, thermostats, sensors, and control panels.
- Check refrigerant/gas pressure, leakage, drainage, and electrical connections.
- Clean and replace filters, coils, ducts, and other components as required.
- Maintain proper airflow, temperature, humidity, and ventilation in critical hospital areas.
- Coordinate with the Biomedical, Electrical, Engineering, and Maintenance teams when required.
- Maintain AMC/service records,



maintenance checklists, breakdown reports, and spare-parts records.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out with proper electrical and workplace safety precautions.
- Support hospital infection-control and NABH requirements related to HVAC maintenance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls, especially in OTs, ICUs, and other critical areas.
- Ensure minimum disruption to patient care and hospital operations during maintenance work.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
