Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning and HVAC systems. The technician will be responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable operation of AC equipment while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair split, cassette, ducted, package, and central AC systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Check refrigerant pressure, leakage, compressor operation, and system performance.
- Carry out refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak testing as required.
- Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, thermostats, motors, contactors, capacitors, and control systems.
- Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and HVAC schematics.
- Conduct routine inspection and servicing to maintain optimum cooling performance.
- Guide and supervise junior AC technicians and helpers.
- Maintain service records, maintenance reports,



and spare-parts requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety procedures and company standards.
- Respond to breakdown and emergency maintenance calls when required.
- Coordinate with supervisors, facility teams, and other maintenance departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an AC/HVAC Technician.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical controls and HVAC components.
- Ability to use basic HVAC testing and service tools.
- Good communication and team-leadership skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
