Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our interior design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality, and residential interior projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, materials, lighting, furniture, spatial planning, and construction detailing, with the ability to translate 2D drawings and design concepts into compelling 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Modelling & Visualization

- Create detailed 3D models based on architectural and interior design drawings.
- Develop realistic and high-quality interior renders as per the approved design concept.
- Prepare 3D views for cabins, workstations, reception areas, meeting rooms, lounges, cafeterias, and other interior spaces.
- Create furniture, ceiling, wall, flooring, lighting, and custom-detail models where required.
- Ensure accurate proportions, dimensions, materials, and design elements in all 3D models.

1. Rendering & Presentation

- Produce photorealistic renders with accurate materials, textures, lighting, and ambience.
- Prepare multiple design options and iterations based on client requirements.
- Create walkthroughs, animations, and presentation views when required.
- Ensure all renders are presentation-ready and meet the company's quality standards.

1. Design Coordination

- Work closely with Senior Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Managers.
- Understand design concepts and convert them into accurate 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with the design team to incorporate design revisions efficiently.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies between 2D drawings and 3D models.

1. Material & Detailing

- Develop realistic material finishes including wood, laminate, veneer, marble, stone, glass, metal, fabric, carpet, LVT, tiles, etc.
- Maintain an organized library of materials, textures,



furniture, lighting fixtures, and 3D assets.
- Understand how materials and lighting behave in actual interior spaces.

1. Project Execution Support

- Prepare 3D views to support client presentations and design approvals.
- Make revisions based on client and senior designer feedback.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure the approved design intent is clearly communicated.
- Visit project sites when required to understand actual site conditions and design requirements.

Required Skills

Required:

Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design visualization.
- Experience in commercial interiors, corporate offices, coworking spaces, hospitality, or residential projects will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior renders is required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
