Masterhooks is a digital media and creative studio. We make short-form and long-form video for our own channels and for rapid-growing companies, seen by millions of people every day.
The role
We're looking for a Senior 3D Artist to build the 3D explainer work that carries our videos. You'll model, light and animate scenes that make hard ideas easy to see, and train junior 3D artists to work at that level with you.
What you'll do
- Model, light, texture and animate 3D scenes in Blender
- Build explainer shots: cutaways, exploded views, scale comparisons and how-it-works sequences
- Combine 3D renders with 2D motion in After Effects
- Train junior 3D artists side by side
- Build new styles, SOPs and our brand's 3D look
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in 3D, or a portfolio at that level
- Strong Blender skills across modelling, lighting, shading and rendering
- After Effects for compositing and 2D motion
- A reel, plus links to published work
- A strong eye for lighting, composition and timing
- Your own high-performance setup and licensed software
Good to know
- Full-time, remote, anywhere in India
- Projects and workload vary with production needs
- Use of AI tools is strictly prohibited
- Immediate joiners preferred
