Job Title: Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage security guards deployed at the site.
- Ensure proper deployment and attendance of all security personnel.
- Prepare and manage duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security rounds.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Ensure access control procedures are strictly followed.
- Check security registers, attendance records, and incident reports.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and report any suspicious activity.
- Conduct regular briefings and ensure guards understand their duties.
- Ensure all guards are properly uniformed, alert, and disciplined.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with the client, management, police, fire department, and other authorities when required.
- Ensure all security SOPs, client instructions, and company policies are followed.
- Identify security risks and take immediate corrective action.
- Maintain proper records of incidents, visitors, materials, and daily activities.




- Conduct surprise checks of guards and assigned security posts.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover between shifts.
- Report manpower shortages, absenteeism, and operational issues to the Operations Manager.
- Train and guide security guards on security procedures and emergency response.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Client.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security supervision preferred.
- Valuable leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and control a team of security guards.
- Good knowledge of access control, patrolling, CCTV, and emergency procedures.
- Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Security training/certification and ex-serviceman experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 per month
