Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of 10-30 security personnel at the assigned site
- Conduct briefings, shift handovers, and routine inspections
- Prepare duty rosters, attendance records, and daily reports
- Handle client queries, escalations, and in office emergencies
- Conduct on-the-job training and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with PSARA regulations and company SOPs
- Coordinate with branch operations for manpower deployment
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in security operations; ex-Army/CRPF/Police preferred
- Valid PSARA license mandatory
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
