Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to manage security personnel and ensure the overall safety and security of the company premises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage security guards and security staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.
- Ensure proper access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Monitor CCTV and other security systems.
- Maintain security registers, incident reports, and daily records.
- Handle security incidents and emergencies effectively.
- Coordinate with management, employees,



and external security agencies when required.
- Ensure guards follow company security procedures and instructions.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards.
- Report security incidents and operational issues to management.

Requirements:

- 2–8 years of experience in security operations/supervision.
- Experience managing a team of security guards.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
- Solid discipline, alertness, and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹9,724.97 - ₹37,367.31 per month
