Compliance
1. Adhere to security protocols.
2. Ensure compliance with college policies.

Training and Development
1. Train security personnel.
2. Conduct drills and exercises.

Requirements
1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
2. 15+ years of experience in security supervision.
3. Valid security certification (e.g., CPS, ASC).
