: Security Operations Manager

Role Overview:

The Security Operations Manager is responsible for leading complete physical security operations for a corporate office facility/campus, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, and infrastructure. The role oversees guarding operations, Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, security systems (Access Control & CCTV monitoring), incident management, emergency response, and employee transport security.

Key Responsibilities :

Operations & Guard Force Management

- Lead and manage day-to-day security operations across the corporate campus.
- Oversee security guard force operations, including deployment, supervision, post compliance, performance management, and vendor oversight.
- Manage and oversee employee transport security operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate security standards, service-level agreements (SLAs), and applicable regulatory requirements.

SOC & Security Systems Management

- Manage Security Operations Center (SOC) functions, including CCTV monitoring, alarm management, access control monitoring, incident detection, and escalation processes.
- Ensure effective operation and maintenance of physical security systems, including CCTV (e.g., Avigilon platform), access control, visitor management, intrusion detection, and communication systems.

Incident Management, Emergency Response & Compliance

- Conduct security risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability reviews of facilities and operations.
- Lead security incident response, investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Manage emergency preparedness programs, including fire evacuation, crisis response, and business continuity support.
- Maintain knowledge of India-specific safety compliance,



regulations, and relevant legal frameworks.
- Smoothly liaison and coordinate with local law enforcement, state police, and fire & emergency services during incidents or routine compliance checks.

Governance, Metrics & Stakeholder Engagement

- Develop and implement security policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), post orders, and response protocols.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support overall operational efficiency and employee safety objectives.
- Develop security metrics, operational dashboards, and management reports for leadership review.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Basic / Minimum Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university (Degrees in Business Administration, Engineering, Criminal Justice, or Security Management are preferred).
- Total Experience: 812 years of overall experience in corporate security / physical security operations.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in a direct managerial or supervisory role managing security operations for large corporate offices, GCCs, or technology parks.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on operational knowledge of access control and CCTV systems (experience with Avigilon platform highly advantageous), as well as running or collaborating with a Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Liaison Skills: Demonstrated capability to liaison with local government bodies, state police, and fire & emergency services.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent business-level English combined with fluency in Telugu and Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

- Background: Experience as retired military, paramilitary, or law enforcement personnel.
- Certifications:
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Qualified (PSP) from ASIS International.
- Business Continuity (CBCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
