Job Title: Security Officer / Administrative Security In‑Charge (SO)

Shift: Rotational (Based on the Requirement)

Experience:

- Minimum 8–15 years in Bureau or relevant government service sectors (Army, Police, Security Forces).
- Retired personnel will be given higher preference.
- Candidates with 5–15 years of experience as Security Officers/Guards in reputed agencies are also eligible.
- Ex‑servicemen who are energetic, well‑groomed, and capable of leading plant‑level security personnel with administrative responsibility will be preferred.

Requirements:

- In‑house security role.
- Candidates preferred from local areas; accommodation will be provided for outsiders.
- Age limit: 25–40 years.
- Salary: Best in the market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Visitor checking and gate management.
- Time office management (staff in/out – contract workers).
- Patrolling of plant premises.




- Monitoring vehicle movement (inward and outward).
- Parking supervision.
- Register and record management.

Candidate Profile:

- Physically fit, disciplined, and professional in grooming.
- Robust background in security operations.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Administrative capability to support organizational security functions.
