Role Description The Security Officer role at MSN Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Shadnagar.

The Security

Officer is responsible for monitoring entry and exit points, enforcing access control procedures, and ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and physical assets across the facility. Daily tasks include patrolling assigned areas, inspecting security systems, documenting incidents, and reporting any safety or security concerns to the appropriate internal stakeholders. The role also involves supporting emergency response protocols, assisting with visitor management,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

The Security

Officer collaborates closely with operations, facilities, and management teams to maintain a secure and orderly workplace setting.

Qualifications

- Strong observational, situational awareness, and risk assessment skills to identify and respond to security threats effectively.
- Experience with access control, surveillance monitoring, incident reporting, and basic emergency response procedures.
- Ability to follow and enforce security policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical or industrial setting.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders, and for preparing clear, accurate security reports.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, and to respond promptly to security or safety incidents as needed.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or facility protection is preferred.
- Familiarity with safety practices, basic first aid, and emergency preparedness is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant security certifications or training are beneficial.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and professionalism, with the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as operationally required.
