Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer role located in Dungarpur.

The Security

Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, and conducting regular patrols. Daily tasks include checking identification, overseeing entry and exit points, reporting any suspicious activity, and documenting incidents according to company procedures. The role involves coordinating with supervisors and local authorities when necessary, responding to alarms or emergencies, and providing clear, calm guidance to staff and visitors.

The Security

Officer will also ensure that security policies are followed,



maintain accurate logs, and contribute to continuous improvement of security practices at the site.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform regular patrols, monitor CCTV or other surveillance systems, and manage access control at entry and exit points.
- Strong observation skills, situational awareness, and the ability to identify and report potential security risks or unusual activity.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, visitors, and authorities, and for preparing clear incident reports.
- Capacity to remain calm under pressure, respond appropriately to emergencies, and follow established safety and security protocols.
- Basic understanding of security procedures, incident response, and relevant local regulations; prior experience in security or related fields is an advantage.
- Physical fitness sufficient for standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods, and for responding quickly to incidents on-site.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and professional conduct; willingness to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Secondary school education or equivalent; formal security training or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
