- Develop and implement effective security strategies to protect company assets, employees, and customers.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential threats and develop mitigation plans.

- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate incidents, respond to emergencies, and maintain relationships with local authorities.

- Provide training on physical security protocols, crisis management procedures, and incident response techniques.

Job Requirements :

- 4-16 years of experience in army retired or corporate security roles (e.g., airforce).

- Strong understanding of industrial security principles, including access control systems, CCTV monitoring software etc.

- Proven track record in developing comprehensive defense plans against various types of attacks or threats.

- Experience working in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
