We are looking for a highly competent and disciplined Security In-Charge to oversee our facility's day-to-day security operations. In this role, you will lead our security personnel, maintain strictly enforced security protocols, conduct audits, and act as the first point of contact for emergency situations. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

1. Team Leadership & Management

- Supervise and manage the in office team of security guards and personnel.
- Design and implement guard schedules, shift rotations, and duty assignments to ensure 24/7 seamless coverage.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs (e.g., first aid, emergency drills) for the team.
- Training every quarter on child safety and code of conduct.

2. Operations & Surveillance Control

· Monitor and optimize the usage of CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and entry/exit biometric access controls.

· Supervise regular property patrols and perimeter checks to uncover hidden security vulnerabilities.

· Establish protocols for managing visitor logs, vehicle registration, and material gate passes

3. Incident Response & Crisis Management





- Lead the response framework for emergencies, break-ins, medical crises, and fire hazards.
- Coordinate swiftly with external public safety organizations, such as local police, fire departments, and medical teams.
- De-escalate physical or verbal altercations safely using proven conflict-resolution practices

4. Audits, Reporting & Compliance

- Conduct regular security audits and physical workspace hazard inspections.
- Draft and maintain precise daily activity logs, incident reports, and investigative assessments for senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to national and local security guidelines, legal regulations, and workplace safety laws.
- Renew annual contract of vendor and seeing all the parameters related to the statutory and legal compliance.
- Ensure the police verification and required documents are maintained for employees deployed in our school.

Experience: 5 years of experience as a senior security in charge, supervisor, or equivalent role within the private security of school. Army/Navy retired personnel are preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
