We are looking for alert, disciplined, and physically fit individuals to join our Security Guard team. As a frontline security professional, you will be responsible for protecting client premises, personnel, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrolling of assigned areas and entry/exit points
- Verify credentials and control access of visitors and vehicles
- Monitor CCTV and security systems and report anomalies
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Maintain daily occurrence books and incident reports
- Coordinate with client and team supervisors for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with post-specific standing orders
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass (12th preferred); ex-servicemen given priority
- Age: 18-45 years; physically fit with valuable eyesight
- Police verification certificate mandatory
- PSARA-certified training (training provided if not certified)
- Ability to work in rotating shifts including nights and weekends
