Position: Security Guard

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining security, safety, discipline, and access control at the Bharat ATS premises. The employee will monitor the entry and exit of vehicles, visitors, staff, and other persons and ensure the safety of the ATS centre and company property.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain security and safety of the ATS premises.
- Control and monitor entry and exit of vehicles, customers, visitors, staff, and vendors.
- Maintain visitor and vehicle entry/exit records.
- Prevent unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.
- Assist in maintaining orderly vehicle movement inside the ATS premises.
- Remain alert and immediately report suspicious activities or incidents.
- Protect company machinery, equipment, documents, and other property.
- Monitor the main gate, parking area, testing area, office area, and other designated locations.




- Assist during emergencies, accidents, fire, or other safety incidents.
- Report theft, damage, disputes, accidents, or other unusual incidents to the ATS Manager.
- Maintain polite and disciplined behaviour with vehicle owners, drivers, visitors, and staff.
- Follow all instructions issued by Bharat ATS management.
- Perform other security-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10th and above preferred.
- Previous security experience will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Basic Hindi communication skills.
- Basic ability to maintain registers and records.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
