Job Summary

Labotek India is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Security Guard, preferably an ex-serviceman, to ensure the safety and security of our factory premises, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles
- Maintain visitor and vehicle logs
- Conduct regular patrols of factory premises
- Ensure safety of property and equipment
- Report suspicious activities or incidents immediately
- Handle emergency situations effectively
- Follow company security procedures and protocols

Eligibility Criteria:

- Preferred: Ex-Army / Retired Defence Personnel
- Age: 35 to 45 years
- Minimum education: 10th pass or 12th Pass
- Physically fit and disciplined
- Prior experience in industrial security is an advantage

Skills Required:





- Alertness and observation skills
- Basic communication ability
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity Ability to work in shifts (day/night)

Salary & Benefits:

- - Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
