The Security Guard is responsible for protecting the showroom, customers, employees, jeweler/stock, cash, equipment, and company property. The role involves monitoring entry and exit, preventing unauthorized access, observing CCTV, conducting security checks, responding to emergencies, and reporting incidents to management.

Role & responsibilities To ensure a protected, secure, and controlled environment for customers, employees, jewellery/stock, and showroom property throughout the duty period.

- Maintain security and safety of the showroom premises.
- Monitor customer, employee, vendor, and visitor entry and exit.
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Monitor jewellery, stock rooms, cash areas, and other sensitive locations.
- Monitor CCTV and immediately report suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular security rounds inside and outside the showroom.
- Verify authorized movement of jeweler, materials, and company property.




- Assist with showroom opening and closing security procedures.
- Maintain visitor, incident, and security registers, Monitor parking and surrounding areas.
- Respond promptly to theft attempts, fire alarms, accidents, and other emergencies.
- Report security incidents immediately to the Store Manager/Security Supervisor.
- Follow all showroom security policies, SOPs, and instructions.
- Maintain professional, polite, alert, and disciplined behaviour at all times.
