Position: Security Field Officer

Department: Security Operations

Experience Required: 3–8 years in security services / facility management industry (ex-servicemen preferred)

Location: Rammurthy Nagar

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Job Purpose To supervise and coordinate security operations across assigned sites, ensuring guard deployment, discipline, safety protocols, and client security requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor security guard deployment, punctuality, and discipline
- Ensure guards are in proper uniform, groomed, and adhering to post orders/SOPs
- Verify duty rosters, attendance, and relief arrangements at each site
- Investigate and report security incidents, thefts, or breaches promptly to the Operations Manager
- Coordinate with site supervisors and clients on security requirements and escalations
- Ensure statutory compliance related to security personnel (licensing, PSARA norms, documentation)
- Conduct training and briefing sessions for security staff on protocols and emergency response
- Maintain patrol registers,



incident logs, and visitor management records
- Support recruitment and deployment of new security personnel as required
- Prepare daily/weekly site visit reports for management review

Required Skills & Competencies
- Sound knowledge of security protocols, access control, and patrol procedures
- Ability to supervise and manage ground-level security staff
- Basic knowledge of PSARA Act and other statutory security regulations
- Good communication skills for client and team coordination
- Physical fitness and willingness to travel across sites
- Basic computer skills for reporting (MS Excel, MS Word)

Qualification Graduate or equivalent; ex-servicemen/ex-police personnel preferred

Experience3–8 years of experience in security services, facility management, or related field, with proven ground-level supervisory exposure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
