Job Summary

About the Position: A Security Access Control Executive is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of an organization, facility, campus, office or residential premises. The role involves monitoring access, maintaining visitor records, coordinating security personnel and ensuring compliance with security procedures.

Responsibilities

- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors and vehicles.
- Manage visitor registration and access records.
- Operate and monitor access-control systems, CCTV, biometric devices and security equipment.
- Issue and manage visitor passes, ID cards and access permissions.
- Coordinate with security guards and supervisors.
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections.
- Maintain incident, visitor, vehicle and security registers.
- Report suspicious activities, security breaches or emergencies to management.
- Coordinate emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure security protocols are followed across the facility.




- Monitor restricted and sensitive areas.
- Prepare daily security reports and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with facility management and authorized external agencies when required.

Experience

- Previous experience in security services, facility management, industrial security, or related fields will be preferred.

Qualifications

- 10th Pass / 12th Pass or equivalent qualification.
- security training certification will be an added advantage.
