Role Purpose To lead and manage the organization's treasury function by ensuring efficient cash flow management, banking operations, liquidity planning, working capital optimization, and financial risk management. The role is responsible for maintaining strong banking relationships, ensuring adequate funding for business operations, and implementing robust treasury controls and governance.

Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury Operations

- Lead end-to-end treasury operations, including cash management, fund allocation, and liquidity planning.
- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure optimal utilization of available funds.
- Manage short-term and long-term funding requirements to support business growth.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

- Prepare and review cash flow forecasts and liquidity plans.
- Drive working capital optimization through effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory-related cash cycles.
- Ensure availability of funds for operational and strategic business requirements.

Banking & Financial Institutions





- Develop and maintain robust relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Negotiate banking facilities, fund-based and non-fund-based limits, and treasury-related agreements.
- Monitor banking performance and optimize banking costs.

Risk Management & Controls

- Identify, assess, and mitigate treasury-related financial risks, including liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange risks.
- Establish and strengthen treasury controls, governance mechanisms, and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Payments & Compliance

- Oversee timely processing of payments and treasury settlements.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support auditors and regulatory authorities during treasury reviews and audits.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

- Prepare treasury MIS, liquidity reports, and management dashboards.
- Present treasury performance, funding requirements, and risk assessments to senior management.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, commercial, and business teams for effective cash planning.
