Roles and Responsibilities

- Teach Biology to secondary-grade students as per the school curriculum.

- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based Biology lessons.

- Explain scientific concepts using practical examples, experiments, and activities.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.

- Conduct laboratory activities and ensure proper lab safety.

- Monitor and evaluate students academic progress.

- Provide additional support to students whenever required.

- Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.

- Encourage scientific thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.

- Coordinate with parents and colleagues regarding student progress and academic activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong subject knowledge in Biology.

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

- Ability to make complex concepts simple and engaging.

- Practical/laboratory teaching skills.

- Valuable lesson planning and assessment skills.

- Experience with CBSE/ICSE curriculum preferred.
