Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

- Track regulatory circulars/updates and coordinate implementation of changes.

- Prepare and submit regulatory returns, reports, and exchange filings within prescribed timelines.

- Maintain compliance records, registers, checklists, and regulatory documentation.

- Conduct compliance checks and identify/report exceptions or gaps.

- Coordinate with internal teams and exchanges on compliance-related matters.

- Support SEBI, exchange, internal, and statutory audits/inspections.

- Track audit observations and assist in corrective and closure actions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of experience in SEBI/exchange compliance, stock broking, capital markets, or financial services.

- NISM certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
