Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist based in Gurugram. The specialist will support SEO initiatives by performing keyword research, conducting on-page optimization, and assisting with technical SEO improvements under guidance from the digital marketing team.

Daily tasks include performing SEO audits, monitoring website performance using analytics tools, and implementing link building strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic. The intern will collaborate with content, marketing, and sales teams to align SEO efforts with business objectives and real estate campaigns.



The role may also involve preparing performance reports and staying updated on SEO trends relevant to the real estate sector.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform keyword research and apply findings to content and landing pages using tools such as Google Keyword Planner or similar platforms.
- Skills in conducting SEO audits and identifying technical or content-related issues that affect search visibility and user experience.
- Experience or familiarity with link building practices, including outreach, partnership-based links, and maintaining ethical SEO standards.
- Competence in Web Analytics, including using Google Analytics, Search Console, or comparable tools to measure traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Knowledge of On-Page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structure, and mobile-friendly best practices.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and how SEO integrates with content marketing and social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, with willingness to learn, take feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
