Position: SEO Executive ( only for Kolkata's candidate , no outstation candidate please, as the recruitment process includes a* mandatory face-to-face interview *round)

Industry: Digital Marketing (Healthcare Focus – Non-Ecommerce)

Client Base: Dentists & Dental Clinics in the U.S.

Experience Required: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS , including adding/editing website content, posting blogs, managing pages, installing/updating plugins, and troubleshooting basic website issues.
- Conduct keyword research and implement target keywords effectively across website content, blogs, landing pages, and metadata.
- Execute on-page SEO activities, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, image alt text, internal linking, URL optimization, schema implementation, canonical tags, redirects, and XML sitemaps.
- Perform off-page SEO activities such as link building, business citations, guest posting, social bookmarking, Web 2.0 submissions, directory submissions, and profile creation.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz , and similar SEO platforms.
- Monitor website performance, identify technical SEO issues, and coordinate with developers for timely resolution.
- Conduct competitor analysis , backlink analysis, and implement effective strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profile (Google Maps) listings, including local SEO, citations, reviews, and GMB posts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS,



and code implementation to support SEO requirements.
- Create grammatically correct website content, blog descriptions, meta tags, and other short-form marketing copy.
- Design basic promotional creatives and social media/Google Business Profile posts using Canva, Photopea , or similar tools.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates , SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.

AI & Automation Skills:

- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity , or similar platforms for SEO research, content ideation, keyword clustering, content optimization, and workflow automation.
- Ability to write effective AI prompts and use AI-generated content responsibly, ensuring originality, factual accuracy, and SEO compliance.
- Use AI tools to generate SEO-friendly meta titles, descriptions, blog outlines, FAQs, schema ideas, and content briefs while maintaining quality standards.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO platforms (e.g., Surfer SEO, Frase, Clearscope, or similar) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and WordPress website management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn emerging SEO techniques, AI tools, and digital marketing technologies.

Addiitional Required Skill:

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory. The candidate must be able to write grammatically correct, engaging, and SEO-friendly content, including website copy, blog posts, metadata, Google Business Profile posts, and captions. Strong proofreading and editing skills are essential.
