Role Description

LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES LOOKING TO WORK AT OUR NAKODAR HEADQUARTERS The Search Engine Optimization Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Nakodar. The specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring SEO strategies to increase organic visibility for Dhiman Industries (Regd.), including optimizing website structure, content, and metadata. Day-to-day tasks include performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, analyzing web analytics data, and implementing on-page SEO improvements that align with business objectives.

The role also involves executing ethical link-building initiatives, collaborating with content and marketing teams, and preparing performance reports with actionable recommendations.



The specialist will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into digital campaigns and the overall online presence of the company.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to identify opportunities and optimize site content and structure.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with SEO Audits and Web Analytics to diagnose issues, track performance, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Link Building and off-page SEO techniques to improve domain authority and organic rankings using ethical practices.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar) and basic HTML/CSS understanding.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess effective collaboration and communication skills to work with marketing, content, and technical teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing sectors and familiarity with international SEO practices will be considered an advantage.
