Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive will be responsible for improving organic search visibility and website performance for Bros Labs’ digital properties. This full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad involves conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements, executing link-building strategies, and performing regular SEO audits.

The person in this role will collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices and monitor performance in analytics tools. Day-to-day activities include tracking rankings, analyzing traffic trends, identifying technical or content issues,



and preparing reports with actionable recommendations aligned with business goals and Web 3.0 initiatives.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and identify search intent, target terms, and content opportunities.
- Strong skills in On-Page SEO , including metadata optimization, internal linking, URL structure, and content alignment with SEO best practices.
- Experience with ethical Link Building strategies, outreach, and improving domain authority through high-quality backlinks.
- Understanding of SEO Audits , including technical, on-page, and content audits; ability to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and its role in supporting organic visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research platforms, and rank tracking tools).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of Blockchain, Web 3.0, or emerging technologies is an advantage but not mandatory.
