Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The executive will manage day-to-day SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building efforts, and ongoing SEO audits to improve organic search performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring rankings and traffic, updating website content for search visibility, collaborating with content and marketing teams, and implementing SEO best practices aligned with the company’s business goals. The role also involves supporting social media marketing initiatives, preparing performance reports, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities and diagnose technical or content-related issues.

- Candidates should possess practical experience in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.

- Candidates should possess hands-on skills in Link Building, focusing on ethical, high-quality backlink strategies.

- Candidates should possess familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support overall visibility and brand awareness.

- Candidates should possess proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools) and basic HTML understanding.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Bengaluru.

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, and prior experience in SEO or digital marketing, especially in financial or compliance services, is beneficial.
