Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect with strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), solution architecture, and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design, architect scalable applications, integrate AI-powered capabilities, and establish engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and design discussions for enterprise applications across the SDLC.
- Define solution architecture, technical roadmaps, design patterns, and development standards.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and AI Governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure/AWS/GCP with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.




- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, DevOps practices, quality gates, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.
- Mentor development teams and provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps).
- Hands-on experience in Application Architecture and Solution Design.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Governance.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with Microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software quality, security, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
