? We’re Hiring | Sales Development Representative (SDR) – India
Alepo Technologies is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in Pune and help build a strong enterprise pipeline across India.
This is a pure outbound, meeting-booking role focused on opening conversations with senior decision-makers, understanding their business needs, qualifying opportunities, and creating meaningful handoffs to the Account Executive team.
? What you’ll be working on:
- Prospecting and account research across telecom operators, ISPs, and enterprise accounts
- Engaging senior stakeholders such as CTOs, VPs of Network, Directors of IT/Network Operations, and Heads of IT
- Driving outbound conversations through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Qualifying prospects based on their infrastructure, modernization/migration requirements, and buying process
- Maintaining solid CRM hygiene and structured account follow-ups
- Creating high-quality AE handoffs with relevant prospect intelligence
? We’re looking for someone who has:
- 5–10 years of enterprise B2B sales/business development experience
- Strong experience with outbound cold calling
- A proven ability to engage senior enterprise buyers and book qualified meetings
- Experience managing multiple active accounts through structured outreach
- Strong communication, resilience, and a consultative approach
? Telecom experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. Enterprise SaaS professionals with experience selling to IT/network buyers are encouraged to apply.
