Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to both IT and business leadership
- Hands-on experience with formal software development methodologies, particularly Agile
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in automation testing, including WebDriver IO, TypeScript, and app web functional/automation testing
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium with Cucumber/TestNG and JUnit
- Solid expertise in Java as a programming language
- Proven experience in building and developing test automation frameworks
- Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML and CSS
- Proficient in version control systems, particularly GIT
- Experience using test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues in automated testing processes
- Adaptable, energetic, and a strong team player, comfortable working in a virtual, geographically dispersed environment
