Experience: 6–9 Years

Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable, resilient, and high-performance software systems.

- Lead end-to-end development of critical platform and product features.

- Drive technical decisions, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and DevOps teams to deliver business impact.

- Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.

- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.

- Leverage AI-powered development tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity and innovation.

- Establish coding standards, security best practices, observability, and reliability standards.

- Participate in technical roadmap planning and long-term platform strategy.

- Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.

- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and object-oriented principles.

- Experience building scalable cloud-native applications and microservices.

Required Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and performance optimization techniques.

- Experience working with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous systems.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.





- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and domains.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms.

- Experience building AI-powered products, agentic workflows, or data-intensive platforms.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, distributed data systems, or large-scale SaaS platforms.

- Knowledge of security, observability, and platform engineering practices.
