5-10 years of overall IT experience with 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery.
Proven experience in client/stakeholder management.
Experience in reporting, metrics tracking, and dashboards.
Familiarity with Agile tools
JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally
Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Process->Development Methodology->Scrum Additional ResponsibilityExperience in Scaled Agile frameworks (Protected, LeSS).
- Knowledge of project management tools and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel dashboards).
